I am so in awe!!! of the service that I am given by Belinda and her staff each time I visit their facility. I am greeted with a warm “hello” and a friendly smile. She takes her time and doesn’t seem to push you to “get finished already” she seems to understand the stress this puts on someone. I will always be grateful. They are incredible!! The lady that came to draw my Dad's blood was so good! She was so patient and kind! My Dad was dehydrated so she had to wait for him to drink some water and let that work and she never made him feel rushed or "less than". Wonderful!!!

I was provided first class service and felt very taken care of. There was an issue with labcorp and my test results and they made sure the issue was rectified in the timeframe I needed. Today I experienced my very first IV therapy session. It was the inner beauty IV therapy at Columbus outpatient Collection Center, and I had the most amazing time in experience. Alma took, very good care of me. The experience was very relaxing and rejuvenating, and one that everyone should experience at some point in their life.

If I could give 10 stars I honestly would.
From the moment I called this family owned Labs I was greeted with outstanding customer service from Brandon who immediately accommodated a last minute appointment for PCR test. He went above and beyond to reassure me the clinic will remain open until I arrived (keep in mind it was closing at 3pm on a Friday). I was than greeted my his gracious mother Belinda who had as in and out of the office in 10min. From making a phone call to book the appointment to actually receiving the test was such a breeze and made to feel like I was a home.

My 8yr son concurred it was the easiest PCR test he received (not to mention how sweet Brandon/Belinda gave home a full tour of their facility and treats for the road).

I know have a new laboratory to recommend to all my loved one's and will continue to keep coming. You are truly treated like family and not to mention that you receive your results almost immediately.

Everyone at the testing site was fantastic! I scheduled a same day test for travel (with expedited results). I did arrive early and they managed to see me within five minutes. I was in and out in 15 minutes total and my results (a hard copy) we're provided within two hours. The staff were all friendly and extremely professional. They truly went above and beyond to provide all the necessary documents I needed for my upcoming trip. Can't recommend COCC enough!

10/10 recommend!!! They were EXCELLENT to work with. I needed to organize a mobile lab to come to my office to covid test 15 people who were traveling overseas. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. I worked specifically with Ayren and he was so patient with me because I had a million questions, and he made sure I had all the answers I was looking for. Their communication around what to expect was top notch, they were on time for testing, and I got our same day results back 2 hours earlier than I was expecting! If I ever need to do any kind of testing again, I am 100% going back to COCC. Great job guys, thank you so much for your help!!
