Wow their are great nurses here! One named BRANDY she’s awesome! Seriously I’ve had ER nurses that poke me 5-6 times even striking a nerve when drawing blood ?and never getting sample! Not here in sec barely a pinch and their done! Prompt courteous caring at this lab! Thanks to team at clinical pathology laboratories! So if your elderly bruise easy this it’s the team for blood work! Better than hospitals! And nooo I don’t know these folks, just saying! Thanks guys!

Pricing is good however, went twice and employees were extremely immature and unprofessional regarding the test I needed done, because it was a fecal test. Something like that is already embarrassing, scary and humbling for someone, but if you’re going to snark and laugh and act grossed out, get out of the medical field. I’m in complete disbelief that they make people who are sick and scared feel this way.

The staff was very friendly. The phlebotomist that drew my blood was able to get it right away. My veins like to hide and it’s always a challenge to have blood drawn. I will be definitely coming back to this location next time I need to have labs done.

Excellent friendly professional staff. Good solid performance of medical testing and laboratory work. Reasonably priced compared to other facilities in the Abilene area. Fantastic reporting to the patient in electronic formatting that permits maintaining health trends in an easy retrieval approach.

Friendly, fast, and pretty much painless. I used to go to Labcorp and every time they would either miss or blow the vein the first try. The vamps at CPL get first shot every time and it’s never felt. Plus they don’t just stick you, they hold a mild conversation to keep you calm. I’m never going to Labcorp again and I’m never leaving this place.

The ladies at CPL are always very nice, and they make bloodwork quick and easy! I never spend more than 20 minutes there.

They don't do blood draws after 3pm even though they are open until 4pm. They also will rush to the door when you arrive BEFORE noon to tell you that they are closing for lunch and you can come back an hour later.
