I had a great experience today, despite the negative reviews. I made an appointment, checked in on my phone and waited in my car. My appointment was for 7:45am and I got a text at 7:36am telling me that the technician was ready for me. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The phlebotomist was fast and did a great job. I even called later in the day because I had a quick question and got a call back within 5 minutes.

I normally have a good experience at this location BUT the last 2 times, the RUDEST woman told me she couldn't read the script from my doctor. I could read it, no problem. She (don't know her name) obviously hates her job and refuses to do it. No one wants to go the extra mile and do their job correctly anymore. I shouldn't have to reschedule after fasting because she is too LAZY to call the doctor and get the info she needs. I'll go to another office where I will be treated like a HUMAN instead. HORRIBLE OFFICE

Highly recommend this Metro Parkway location. They are fast and efficient and I rarely have to wait even without an appointment. I have heard them deal with many difficult situations and they have always been kind considerate and professional.

The employees were rude, their English was not good. I had forgotten to bring the lab order... But very easily pulled it up on MyChart to email. First they told me I could email and then they told me I couldn't. They wanted me to call the doctor's office to fax it over. The issue was just that their English was horrible. They gave me serious attitude! They had wanted a credit card for 'just in case'. Just in case what?! Maybe this is the new norm? I wanted to add on, at our own expense of course, test for her blood type. They said that was not possible. Everything about them was just rude and nasty! It was for my 81-year-old mom, who they never even spoke to. They just stuck her with a needle, drew blood and said you're done. Unbelievable! I will never go to a LabCorp again. And when I commented on what a horrible experience it was, again nothing pleasant, they just said there are plenty other places you can go. Nasty human beings! Horrible experience! If you care about your loved one, don't take them here!!

Third day in a rown I drove 1 hr plus to be turned away due to labcorp not communicating. 7 hour wait time, their "light is broken"(?), paper sign on door as a notice to not do drug screen.

I did my analysis there, I have a good opinion of the place even though I see that the majority does not think that way. The place is clean, it may not be the fastest to perform the tests, but if you think that the technician who draws blood is the same person who serves you at the table, they are super fast. They should have 2 people there. The technician is very kind, even though her work schedule ended at 3 and she still had many patients to attend to. A 10 out of 10.

I’ve been coming here for 3 years, and every time I go there, they are diligently getting everyone’s labs done quickly, accurately, and efficiently. The office is clean, they maintain sanitary procedures and accurate records, and they work hard and are very professional and courteous. Even when they are short-staffed they hustle to get it done. I see people going and coming with a smile. I appreciate them!

If I had option for no Star I would. This lab is the worst in all my health journey the past 30 years. No friendly "Good Morning" or "How are you today?" This people seemed to be bothered by helping their patients. I didn't had to wait. The Maria the lab technician called me, the next unfriendly no greetings, really short ask for name and bday. She poked me and stired in my arm to find a vein. Never ever did I had this issue. She was rude not even apologetic. Maria said I am getting my co worker. I just took my paper and left.
