This was truly an unforgettable experience. The resting area was beautifully designed, and the soothing scents transported me to another world. Every detail was crafted with such care, making it easy to feel completely relaxed and cared for. The staff were incredibly warm, generous, and always smiling, which made me feel genuinely welcomed and in the perfect place to unwind. The thoughtfully chosen aromas added an extra layer of calm, making the entire visit deeply rejuvenating.

Sehr unprofessionell, Mitarbeiter sprechen schlecht untereinander auch über andere Kunden. Das ist ein absolutes No Go !! Am Empfang kann man das deutlich hören.

Der Ort an sich ist sehr schön, auch mit dem Bereich zum Duschen und entspannen nach der Massage, aber Preis - Leistung stimmt hier nicht überein.

Eine wahre Wohlfühloase inmitten der Stadt Zürich. Super freundliche Rezeption, grosse Flexibilität bezüglich der Termine und ein vielfältiges Angebot an Massagen und Spa-Behandlungen. Aktuell neu im Angebot: die Kobido Massage mit Sofort-Effekt. Weiterer Pluspunkt war für mich die Garderobe, die neben den Duschen mit Kamm, Deo, Haarspray, Wattepads und Bodylotion ausgestattet war und somit alles hatte, was man benötigte aber nicht unbedingt dabei hatte. Komme gerne wieder 🙂

Ich war nun schon das zweite mal im Labo Spa und bin total begeistert. Für mich hebt sich die Qualität der Massagen deutlich zu anderen Orten ab, es ist eine wahre Wohltat! Vom Empfang bis zur Verabschiedung ist die Atmosphäre sehr freundlich und einladend. Die Massagezimmer und der Entspannungsbereich sind äusserst schön. Wenn man sich etwas wirklich gutes gönnen möchte, ist das Labo Spa meine absolute Empfehlung :)!

Unprofessional reception and management. Do not recommend Hydrafacial. Great massage therapists.

I had a great massage experience on 7th August and asked to be booked in with the same therapist for 20th August. However I was not. After travelling into the city for my treatment, I was told I was booked in with a different therapist. I told her I was upset no one contacted me about the change as I would have waited till the therapist was in. They told me "I will see what I can do after your treatment"...after my treatment, I was indirectly called a liar by the receptionist and the manager and proceeded to pay accordingly for the treatment that did not meet my expectations. The management do not understand people come for treatment to feel good, and bad customer service is counteractive. Do not bother providing feedback as you end up feeling worse than when you entered.

On 7th August I also had a hydrafacial facial (1hr), and also ask for treatment of my neck. As I left, I noticed I hadn't even been in for an hour in total so it was unsurprising there were areas that were not sufficiently treated. The next morning, I had a proper look in the mirror and found my pores on my chin were still clogged and the area was still dry. Please find my time stamped photos from 8th August attached.

I fed both points back to reception and management, and faced complete lack of accountability and desire for rectification.
